01Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how FRONTIER PEAK RETAIL GROUP LLC ("Frontier Peak Retail", "we", "us" or "our") handles personal information collected through our website at frontierpeakretail.com (the "Site"). We are the business responsible for that information.

This policy covers information collected through the Site and through emails you send us in connection with it. It does not cover third-party websites linked from the Site, which have their own policies.

02Information we collect

Information you give us. The Site has two forms. When you send a price request, we receive your name, company name and email address, the styles on your request list and, if you provide them, your phone number, business type, location, notes and estimated quantities. When you send a contact message, we receive your name, email address and message and, if you provide them, your company name, phone number and topic. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Information connected to an order. The Site does not take orders or payments. If you place an order with us, we also receive the information needed to fulfill and document it, such as delivery and billing details, order and invoice records, payment and refund records, and any tax documents you provide.

Information collected automatically. Like any website, the Site is served from computers that receive technical information with every request, such as your IP address, browser type, device and operating system, the page requested (including any words you type into the catalog search, which travel in the page address), the referring page, and the date and time. Our hosting provider processes this information to deliver the Site and to protect it from abuse. Our form handler also uses your IP address briefly, in memory, to limit repeated submissions.

Information stored on your device. The request list you build while browsing is stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. It contains only the identifiers of the styles you added and any quantities you entered. It is not sent to us unless you submit the price request form. The list is cleared once you send it, and you can remove it at any time with the Clear list button or by clearing your browser's data for the Site.

Please do not send sensitive personal information, such as government identification numbers, financial account details or health information, through the Site.

03How we use information

We use personal information to:

• respond to price requests and messages, including sending quotes and the product information you ask for;
• prepare, confirm and fulfill orders you place with us, and handle shipping, returns and related correspondence;
• keep business records and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations;
• operate and secure the Site, including preventing spam and abuse of our forms; and
• protect our rights and the rights of others, and comply with lawful requests from authorities.

The Site has no newsletter or mailing-list sign-up. We do not use automated processing to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects; automated checks on our forms may block a submission that looks like spam.

04Cookies and similar technologies

The Site does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking, and we do not set cookies ourselves. The Site contains no third-party analytics tools, advertising pixels, social media plugins or embedded third-party content, and the fonts and images it displays are served from our own domain.

Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it needs to check that a visitor is a person rather than an automated program. The request list described above uses your browser's local storage, which stays on your device and is not sent to us unless you submit the price request form.

Because we do not track visitors across websites, there is no tracking for Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals to switch off, and the Site does not change its behavior in response to them.

05How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share personal information only with the following kinds of recipients, and only as needed for the purposes described in this policy:

• Our website and email providers: our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., and our email provider, Zoho, which hosts our mailbox and delivers form submissions to it. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
• Banks and payment providers, where an order involves a payment or a refund, receive the details needed to process it.
• Other service providers that help us run the business, such as accounting or invoicing tools, receive the information they need to provide their services to us.
• Carriers and logistics partners, when we ship an order to you, receive the delivery details needed to complete the delivery.
• Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, under duties of confidentiality, where needed for our business.
• Legal and safety reasons, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, legal process or a government request, or is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of our business, our customers or others.
• Business transfers, if our business is reorganized, sold or merged, in which case personal information may transfer to the successor, subject to this policy.

06How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy. Inquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for as long as is reasonable to follow up on them. Records connected to orders are kept for as long as needed to fulfill them and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Technical server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own retention practices.

07How we protect information

The Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and form submissions travel over encrypted connections to our email provider. We take reasonable measures appropriate to the information we hold to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

08Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We offer these choices to everyone who contacts us, even where no privacy law requires us to. We will act on your request unless we need to keep the information, for example to fulfill an order, to meet our legal, tax or accounting obligations, or to protect our legal rights.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under your state's privacy law, such as the right to receive a copy of your information in a portable format and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or of targeted advertising (we do neither).

To make a request, email info@frontierpeakretail.com with the subject line "Privacy request" and describe what you would like us to do. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, for example by asking you to reply from the email address you used with us. Where your state's law allows it, you may use an authorized agent, and we may ask the agent for proof of authority. We respond within the time required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

If we decline your request, we will explain why. Where your state's law provides a right to appeal, you can appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line "Privacy appeal", and we will respond within the time that law requires.

09Children

The Site is intended for business buyers and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us personal information, contact us at info@frontierpeakretail.com and we will delete it.

10Where information is processed

We are based in the United States. The Site is hosted by a provider that operates in the United States and other countries, and our mailbox is hosted by our email provider in its European Union data center. Information you send us through the Site or by email is therefore processed in the United States and the European Union, and it may also be processed or accessed in other countries where our hosting and email providers operate, or where the people who handle your request are located. Data protection rules in those countries may differ from those where you live.

11Links to other websites

Brand pages on the Site may link to brands' official websites and to the public sources used to check brand facts. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites; please read their policies.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, if the changes are significant, take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention.
