Bottega Veneta
Bottega Veneta is an Italian luxury house founded in Vicenza in 1966 by Renzo Zengiaro and Michele Taddei, and named after a collective 'bottega', or workshop, rather than a person. It is best known for Intrecciato, a woven-leather technique introduced in 1975, and for understated leather goods made without a prominent logo. Part of Kering since 2001, the house is headquartered in Milan and also makes ready-to-wear, footwear, jewelry and fragrances.
